ISTA Level 1 in Utah!

Spiritual… Sexual… Shamanic… each of these three areas alone carries enormous potential for liberation, freedom, love, and joy, as well as charge for shadow and misuse of power.

Thousands of people on 5 continents in over 40 countries have attended ISTA trainings over the past 10 years.
Many have been radically changed by uncovering reactive patterns and transforming them into conscious and more loving ways of being.

What does SSSEX Involve?

Level 1 (SSSEx), a team of skilled Temple Arts Faculty will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where your power awaits to be reclaimed.
You will receive information, guidance and lots of experiential practice around:

self-love
boundaries and consent
emotional release
voice dialogue
shamanic tools
shadow work
the ability to manifest
accessing your inner gender opposite
conscious communication
transformational breathwork
ancient rituals of healing/initiation and powerful sexual clearing/activation processes

Who takes this training?

This training is for everyone. It’s open to all who are called.
The ISTA experience has reached people in all of their diversity.
People aged 18 to 80 have participated in Level 1 trainings. They come from many different backgrounds, professions, religions, spiritual beliefs, races and nationalities.
People from various sexual/relational paths including celibacy, monogamy, and polyamory are also drawn to ISTA. As are people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Couples, individuals and relationship groups of any formation are welcome.
The practices offered in this training are designed to touch us deeply at the core of our lives as an embodied being.
No prior knowledge of or experience in shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary.

ISTA In Utah

Our venue is driving distance from Salt Lake City (we’ll have an airport shuttle available) and features beautiful, spacious grounds on hundreds of acres in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Walk the grounds on breaks, or take a soak in the hot tub. The temple space features large windows with beautiful vistas.

We’ll have delicious chef prepared fresh food meals including quality meat and vegetarian protein options. Lots of fresh vegetables, cooking from primarily whole foods, and we cater to special needs diets to the best of our ability (including gluten free, soy free, peanut free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, etc).

ISTA Scholarships may be available as additional support if in need of financial assistance.  Applications must be submitted at least 6 weeks (earlier is best) prior to the training start date (no exceptions).
