The greater mix of prior experiences the richer the training. \nWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW \nThis is an individual process that happens in a group environment and a level of ability to be self responsible is needed to navigate the spiritual sexual shamanic space. ISTA is a mystery school and approaches trauma from the shamanic perspective of connecting with the body and soul. We recommend that if there is known deep seated trauma\, individuals seek one on one sessions and get the ok from their therapist before entering the group process. \nNo prior knowledge of shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary to attend. Those with previous experience are warmly welcomed\, as they add to the power of the field. \nPlease note that some of the content in the ISTA trainings and exercises is of spiritual and sexual nature. \nNudity and intimate touch are optional parts of this training. The cornerstone of this work is about consent\, developing healthy boundaries and communication. You are always free to choose and the facilitators will help you navigate what is authentic for you. Her work is focused on enlivening women and men to live love at their great power\, using methods of movement\, ritual and theater. In the last years she became passionate about healing women of their shame around their sexuality and moon time\, helping them to uncover their inner sacred jewel. \nStephanie Phillips is an ISTA faculty member who initiates groups with Tantric and shamanic practices\, pattern reframing and emotional release work. This is the one place where your arousal and sexual power is welcome and celebrated\, as an integral part of your transformation. She GOES there\, to awaken a higher resonance and your open-hearted power! She applies modalities of self awareness including Mindfulness\, Gestalt therapy\, movement meditation\, dance expression\, humanistic psychology\, NLP\, shadow work\, conscious sexuality and the healing arts. \nRegan Pryor is an ISTA faculty member who has moved through an intensive investigation into the realms of relating\, the domains of the corporate and creative industries as well as organic farming and permaculture lifestyle. After a deep calling to integrate his life experience and share more with the world through his men’s group and circle work\, he discovered two great avenues to express his soul gifts and uplift and inspire the beings he came into contact with; Sacred sexuality and Youth work.
