There will also be some there who are repeating because it has been so valuable for them. This is a whole new way of relating\, which sheds the layers of old habits and conditioning. \nIt’s the first step in letting go of any pressure\, obligation or goal-oriented striving around sex:\n– to embrace your fullness\, connecting sexual energy to the heart and through the whole body\n– to get out of your head and drop into your body\, allow it to open\, and invite more love and pleasure through your whole being \nPractices include: \n– Creating boundaries and agreements\n– Consent practices\n– Simple techniques to open the energy pathways\, and connect orgasmically to the heart\, and through the whole body.\n– Expressing your authentic voice\n– Learning to give and receive a sensual massage ( the level of touch will be governed by what is comfortable for you)\n– Communication for healthy relating\n– Opening pleasure pathways through the body\n– Guided sensory banquet \nWe work with your sexual nature and its expression through the whole body\, rather than just the goal-centred habits. Your awakened self is sexual\, but in a new way – it’s more connected\, deeper and authentic. There’s more pleasure here\, with more subtle nuance. \nThis is a reset to connect authentically\, and find an attunement that transmutes beyond the physical. \nThere may be conscious touch\, in a way that is connected and present. You’ll be learning practices to slow down without an agenda\, and bring awareness to the subtle\, explore the spectrum of depth to light play\, and drop any habitual going-for-a-goal. \nYou will leave the workshop with practices to take home to explore privately\, and with a whole new path of intimacy to discover. \n– Opening pleasure pathways through the body\n– Transmitting this awakened current through your heart connection\n– Authentic expression of orgasmic and emotional embodiment with trust and safety\n– Exercises to let go of old patterns around pressure\, obligation or goal-oriented sex. \nThis immersion is crafted from Stephanie’s years of shamanic work with groups\, and transpersonal / tantric teachings around the world.\nWhat is offered at Intro to Tantra + Temple comes from this place\, and will bring a unique\, rich and expertly held experience. \nYou are supported in finding what is true for you\, so that you can be in your sovereignty\, without feeling pressured. At the same time\, you’ll awaken the parts of you that yearn to be seen and expressed. This work can be deeply healing\, and can change other aspects of your life\, as you release blocks and old conditioning which hold you back from expressing your full authentic self. \nThere is no need to undress\, and you are always at choice about your participation. We’ll be attuning to synergy and alignment\, rather than going beyond the group’s capacity. \nThe content is paced for first timers\, and each person is encouraged to stay with what feels right for them. There is no benchmark of ‘liberation’ to achieve for anybody. People’s personal choices are always respected. \nThis is about learning to stay present in the body\, so that we can connect more authentically. There will be conscious touch practices\, remaining present to your own experiences while connecting with another. \nYou will receive a whole new perspective about expressing your sexuality\, about your ability to give and receive\, and to feel more pleasure and intimacy. \nThe take-home booklets\, “Sex With Your Light On” and “The Sacred Lover” will be available for purchase over the weekend\, to support your new awareness at home. ($20 each or $35 for both). \nThere are cafes nearby for lunch\, or you can bring your own. There is a kitchenette available for preparation. \nSingles\, couples and all genders welcome. \n* Temple Night is a beautiful completion for all that we have learned during the day. It brings into practice an ease about where and how to be\, making choices that feel good\, and being honoured for those choices. We will collaborate as a group about how the evening runs. For example\, we may create different ‘stations’ throughout the room: Group Puja\, Foot massage\, Cuddle puddle\, Rope tying\, Dance floor area\, Quiet corner\, Goddess worship chair (one of my favourites :-)) etc \nI will guide the evening\, and there will be a support team in the space as well. It is a gentle opportunity to connect with yourself and/or others\, without pressure. It is an alcohol/substance free space.
