This is an informal space for us to share as women, our experiences, our fears, our openings, and our celebrations as we journey through our self discovery.

The gatherings will remind us to connect to our feminine essence in a safe space.

We’ll cover whatever is relevant in the moment, introduce more about women’s sexuality and relating, and we’ll manifest with intention and ritual – working with energy for creativity and healing.

We reach into the spaces beyond, and channel our joy, and fire, and we surrender. We share our truths. We find and experience our centre. We are nourished. We touch, and tap into our ancestral life-blood. Through breath and through movement we release from the base of the spine to free the spirit, giving it energy in space and time. We express through our hips and through our heart, and we ride the waves of energy that draw up through the body. We are wild, untamed, then introspective and still. We are lyrical and flowing, and we are playful and joyous. We become more conscious, more aware, and more vibrantly alive. Bonded by our ancient knowing, we come home.”

In ceremonial space we honour the traditional arts, basic temple dance moves, trust and intimacy practices, sexual energy transformation, and body awareness exercises. We integrate masculine and feminine polarities, and meet maiden, mother and crone.
