Mysteries of the Dark is a weekend for women to come together, to bring through a frequency for change, to drop deeply in as a group, to work with our deep knowing, away from the busy-ness, the chatter and the noise. We gather to be in communion with the earth. To bring through the mysteries that we hold in our being, in our hearts, in our wombs. We weave this memory of ancient ways through connection with the land, through our bodies, and through sharing sacred space together.
ISTA Level 1 is a container that: Whatever your life situation is, will invite you to stop, feel and take a look at yourself in a whole new way. Will invite you to meet and explore your edges in a safe container. Provide you with essential life skills we all should have received as teenagers. Shine a light on places where culture, religion and society has kept us from expressing who we really are. It will encourage you and show you how to seek wisdom from your body and heart, instead of just your mind.
This workshop is open to those who feel called to learn about Tantra and conscious sexuality. This is a whole new way of relating, which sheds the layers of old habits and conditioning. It’s the first step in letting go of any pressure, obligation or goal-oriented striving around sex: connecting sexual energy to the heart and through the whole body, to get out of your head and invite more love and pleasure through your whole being

Pre-requisite: You’ve attended the One Day Intro to Tantra + Temple, and you’re ready for more.
